All rooms are billed at double occupancy with additional 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% local tax. Additional persons are $15 plus tax. Two night minimum stays may be required on weekends.
A deposit of one night's stay or 50% of total (whichever is greater) is required to secure your reservation.
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, the deadline for deposit refunds is 7 days before arrival date. If you cancel before the deadline, you will only be charged a $25 processsing fee. After the deadline, you will be billed for the days and rooms you have reserved unless we can fill your room with other guests.
For multi-room reservations, the deadline for cancellation is 30 days before arrival date for deposit refund less a $25 processing fee.
There are no refunds for early departure.
Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards are welcome.
There is no smoking inside the Inn. Smoking outside is permitted. Smoking inside will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Children 12 years and older are welcome.
We can not accommodate pets.
Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM. Early or late check-ins must be arranged when making your reservation.
Check-out is 11 AM.
